Great app but latest update has issues

I have been using this app for sometime and its been fantastic. The latest update has introduced some playback control but there are workarounds. Use physical buttons for volume control. Enable airplay prior to entering into app and your videos will play on Apple TV. Email from developer says will fix these issues shortly.
